- Konstantin (Stan) Belenky has been actively engaged in the appraisal of real estate since 1997. Notable assignments include appraisals for market value, insurable value, real estate taxation, estate tax, mortgage value and condemnation value with most assignments including appraisal and expert testimony involving real estate related litigation. Stan has been qualified as an expert witness before the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, Superior Court of New Jersey, Tax Court of New Jersey, various County Boards of Taxation throughout the State of New Jersey, condemnation committees and municipal planning and zoning boards. His experience includes appraisal and consulting for residential, commercial, multi-family, special purpose, and vacant land throughout the states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
- Stan also served in the capacity of Tax Assessor in several New Jersey municipalities and he is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Certified Tax Assessor. He was appointed as an arbitrator in several complex cases. He has also earned a license in the State of New Jersey as a real estate salesperson. Mr. Belenky is approved by the New Jersey State Board of the Real Estate Appraisers as an instructor for real estate appraisal courses. Stan has two designations from the Appraisal Institute, MAI and AI-GRS. He is also a member of several professional organizations including the Northeast Chapter of IAAO and the Organization of Real Estate Professionals.
- Joseph S. Hiller has been actively engaged in the appraisal of real estate since 1993 and has been working for the Pyramid Consulting Group since 2010. Appraisals for market value, insurable value, real estate taxation, estate taxes, mortgage value, condemnation value and for properties involved in litigation. His experience includes appraisal of residential, commercial, apartments, special purpose, and vacant land throughout the State of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
- Joseph is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Mr. Hiller has been qualified as an expert witness before the Tax Court of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the United States Bankruptcy Court as well as various County Boards of Taxation throughout the State of New Jersey in addition to various municipal planning and zoning boards.
- Mark D. Antonucci has been actively engaged in the appraisal of real estate since 1998 and has been working for the Pyramid Consulting Group since 2004. Mark specializes in market value, insurable value, real estate taxation, estate taxes, mortgage value, condemnation value and for properties involved in litigation appraisals.
- Mark’s experience covers the appraisal of residential, small commercial, and vacant land properties throughout the State of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Mark is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in NJ, NY, and PA. He has also earned a license in the State of New Jersey as a real estate salesperson. Mark testified before various County Tax Boards, Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment.
- Angela is responsible for day-to-day operations at Pyramid Consulting. She manages all client relationships, oversees timing of deliverables, and is the administrative point of contact for all Pyramid Consulting clients.
